Savannah is a year-round destination with mild winters. The Savannah River Waterfront is a great choice for lodging, restaurants, and historic sites. The Belles Ferry runs daily to cross the river. And if you stick around long enough you’re sure to see a container ship heading into one of the busiest US ports.
