It just takes one person with a unique idea to encourage other patrons to do likewise.
There are different explanations of why some restaurants and taverns have dollar bills taped to the walls and ceiling. One is that fishermen left the money with their name on it as a future credit. Another is that a person would leave it with a friends name, as to pay for a drink in advance.
Whatever the reason it’s kind of cool 🙂
