Welcome October and the season of eating squash. I am on day three of Doctors orders to change my diet. Today I put together a few of the ingredients that I purchased from my list of approved foods.
Acorn squash
Cooked the Spinach
Low fat Feta Cheese
Lite Salad dressing with olive oil
Cooked chopped turkey.
I baked the squash until soft, then added the other ingredients into the center, and baked for addition 15 minutes at 425º.
It was good, but my Pasta craving has not gone away,
