Some of the photos I rarely get to use are from my collection of Alice in the window glass. I try my best to make my way around the light and stay out of the photo. If anyone has a tip on how to dodge the glass please leave it in the comments. All help is greatly appreciated.

Fun images. To eliminate the various shadows and reflections I think you need to place your camera lens against the glass. This restricts the shots you can take so sometimes it’s as well to accept the distractions xx
Yes, against the glass is the best solution (and you can get hoods to put around your lens and stick to the glass to give more leeway). Also a polariser filter reduces reflection.
Or use a shift lens – you can then shift the lens left / right / up / down to exclude you from the shot. The up down is usually used to photo tall buildings without getting converging lines but it works well for staying out of reflections.
