Portland Parks and Recreation
Designed by Walker Macy, a Portland landscape architecture firm, the curved black granite wall lists the names of all Oregon residents who died in Vietnam. The memorial is located in Washington Park described as the “crown jewel” of Portland. The memorial is situated at the Southwest corner of the park and is accessible by the free Washington Park Shuttle.

The wall was dedicated in 1987 to honor Oregonians who died, or went missing in Vietnam.
