Friends I have to say that I have not bought store bread in many months. I picked up a bread machine at a thrift store and never realized how simple it is to make. The basic recipe is:
1 1/2 cup warm milk
3 tablespoons softened butter
3 tablespoons sugar or honey
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon quick yeast
3 3/4 cup bread flour
Put it all in the machine with the flour and yeast on the top, and press the start button.
Sandwich Bread
Two and a half hours later you will have a delicious loaf of homemade bread.
