A Cup Or Two Of Tea

The “master blenders” at Twinings have put together some ingredients known to help with sleep. When the night is upon me that I suffer from occasional insomnia, I’m open to anything that may help.

Since I take medications for blood pressure, I always check for interactions, and this tea passed.

At first, I drank a cup about one hour before bedtime, making me sleepy. I noticed I had a lot of dreams, but I slept more hours straight. You can definitely taste the cinnamon; at first, it seemed strong. But I stuck with it, love the taste, and now I drink two in the evening.
