Back to the days when candy cigarettes were a cool candy to buy and keep the box in the sleeve of your tee-shirt.
Since 2009 they have been banned in the USA under the “Family Smoking Prevention and Control Act. To enjoy a sugary white chalk treat you may find them packaged today as “candy sticks”.
