Elderberries, Honey, Ginger, Cinnamon, And Cloves

Elderberries have been used for centuries to to boost immunity. It is a rich source of antioxidants, and a natural solution of fighting colds and flu.

With flu season at our doorstep I have been taking a teaspoon a day, it’s not great tasting but if it helps I can deal with that.
