Blue Star Memorial-Beaufort National Cemetery

Beaufort South Carolina

Today in the US, we celebrate Memorial Day, a day set aside to honor those who lost their lives while serving in the military. The National Cemetery in Beaufort, South Carolina, lines the central avenue with flags. The 33-acre site has Veterans from every American conflict buried and each grave also has a flag placed upon it.
