When visiting Regensburg, Germany a visit to St. Peter’s Cathedral is a worthwhile site to see.  Areas of the church date back to the 1300’s and is famous for its medieval stained glass windows.

The Smiling Angel is is a sculpture from 1280 by the artist known as the “Master of St. Erminold”.
