How to make sour dough starter
Seven months ago I decided to start making bread at home. There were a variety of reasons put into this decision. The cost of a loaf has jumped, there are a lot of artificial preservatives added, and I needed a relaxing hobby away from screens.

Good luck. I’ve never been able to get sourdough to work, even though I make many other kinds of bread without problems.
It doubled last night, maybe tomorrow I’ll try and bake with it
