Relax And Explore Fifty One Tranquil Acres

Savannah-Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens

The historic bamboo farm is a popular Savannah attraction. The venue is home to the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens, and a host location for special events.

Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Savannah, the Gardens draw more than 100,000 visitors a year.

A variety of flowers and bamboo can be found at the site. Birds, butterflies, trees, shrubs, and plants from all over the world are also available. As a local patron I like to visit at different times of the year as nature shows off its ever changing colors.

  1. Absolutely wonderful, Alice! Thanks so much. The crape myrtles look like they’d be beautiful in Fall. Bamboo is regarded as a pest here, because it grows out of control in the wild, so it’s good to see it ‘tamed’ xx

  2. How lovely! I’m a Georgia native (still live here) and have traveled to Savannah several times. I will definitely add this to a future trip. Thanks for the tour. 😉📷
