Food cart pods seem to be popping up everywhere. The casual dining offers a variety of cultural cuisine at affordable prices.
At a recent visit to Beaverton’s largest pod, II choose fish and chips from the Frying Scotsman and it was delicious.
The outdoor seating is shared among the carts, and dining as a community table is acceptable. The overall experience is fun, and a way to make new friends.
