Today, I over-extended my stay at the Supermercados Mexico in Hillsboro, Oregon. I stopped in for taco shells and couldn’t help leaving with an arm full of goodies. Using my phone translator I found that the “lima dulce” are sweet lemons. These look delicious to try in a cup of hot tea.
The store was lively with cultural music playing, and hanging fiesta decorations.
After browsing the aisles for an hour, just before the checkout you’ll find a lemon lovers spiked drink.
Yes, this was a new shopping experience for me, but I will definitely be returning.
