I’ve been reading Patricia Cornwell for many years. The “Scarpetta” novels are following the life of Dr. Kay Scarpetta a medical examiner. It’s a series of crime novels, where the body leaves clues to solve the crimes.
I just finished “Autopsy” and really enjoyed it. One of the victims led the investigation to the International Space Center, and that was very interesting. It’s amazing that a facility that was assembled in space, and never stops moving is a work place for a team of seven.
The series started with “Postmortem” in 1990. My favorite was the “Body Farm”, although I’ve enjoyed them all.
