Shelter Cove Marina-Hilton Head Island South Carolina
It’s not easy to get out and walk with the weather awareness days this past week. The heat index is reaching 105° in the Savannah and Hilton Head Island area.
I took a short walk along the harbor marina to burn a few calories I was about to consume at the European bakery 🙂

There’s always new faces since it’s mostly tourist renting the condos or staying at the Disney Vacation Club.

It’s a beautiful place to take a stroll and enjoy the scenery and the fancy boats.

Several fishing boats are docked in the marina, Captain Kidd is $39.00 for a two hour trip. Provided the customers with fishing poles, and bait.

For visitors to the island it’s a good choice to shop, dine, and enjoy the nightly entertainment during the summer season.

Thanks for dropping by. To see what more walkers are up to stop by and visit restless Jo at:
Hey, thanks Alice! I appreciate your efforts in that sweltering sun.
Yours 105°F is matching my city’s average in °C but monsoon season is about to kick off from this weekend, so it would be good. Lovely captures from your walk 🙂
