They don’t call me swamp sister for no reason. One of my favorite pastimes is walking in the South Georgia swamps and viewing the wildlife and plants.

Copperhead-poisonous, he ruffled the leaves that alerted us of his presence. They are poisonous.
And that’s when I decided maybe this wasn’t the best place to bring my grandchildren, because on this day the swamp was very lively. 🙂
