Parris Island South Carolina
Iron Mike was designed by Robert Ingersoll Aitken and is dedicated to the Parris Island Marines who gave their lives in World War I. It is officially known as the “Monument to U.S. Marines.
For visitors to Parris Island the monument is located at the intersection of Santo Domingo Street and Blvd. de France.
