A springtime walk in Savannah’s Forsyth Park would not be complete without a visit to the Fragrant Garden.

Surrounded by three walls to enclose the scent of the plants. The entrance has an iron fence and gate.

Forsyth Park Savannah Fragrant Garden

The garden is located on the west side of the park close to Whitaker Street. It is open Monday through Friday from 9am-2pm and is closed on holidays.

The garden is and has trees and flowers. There is a fountain in the center and benches for comfort.

One of the unique thoughts of the design of this park is that it serves the visually impaired.
