Dillon South Carolina-South of the Border
Delighting travelers for almost 70 years, and there is not a chance of missing the exit. Along Interstate 95 in Dillon South Carolina, at the North/South Carolina state line sits the roadside landmark. Whether you are traveling north or south on the Interstate miles before arriving, you will begin to see the amusing billboards. Click here to see more of the classic collection.
Many of the services available are open 24 hours a day. Lodging, campsites, dining, fuel, and restrooms, are just a few ways to unwind from hours of automobile travel.
If you’re concerned about those southern love bugs on your car, I’ll mention the car wash.
Well lit up at night, with neon lighting high in the sky, you must stop and visit America’s favorite highway oasis.
After all ” You never sausage a place”!
Happy travels 🙂

Hahaha! I know this place! Love those ads. 😃
I wonder how long this establishment has been around? I remember stopping here an entire half century ago when I was a boy. Even then, I recognized its kitschy value. Only in the Deep South will find such a place!
Seventy years is a long time to be in business. Very colourful billboards, hope they don’t distract the drivers too much!
