The Union Church Of Port Royal

Beaufort County, South Carolina

The Historic church was built by local residents with donated lumbar in 1877. During the 19th and 20th centuries white churches were common as it represents a sense of purity.

The Union Church of Port Royal was listed in the National Register on November 17, 2010.
