Hagan, Georgia
The George Wesley Deloach was a turn of the century prominent citizen of Hagan. Built by J.D. Nobles, an architect from the region. The home was completed in 1896, and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
The home features bay windows with stained glass, an elegant front entry with two sidelights and a room brightening transom above the door.
The home also features a side and rear entry with covered porches.
The elaborate porch trimmings continue around the sides and rear of the home.
The pattern of the home is described as typical for a prominent house in small town rural South Georgia.
