Harbour Town Marina, South Carolina
Visitors to Hilton Head Island can get a spectacular 360° view of the island. They can also see the Calibogue Sound from the observation deck of the Harbour Town Lighthouse. The privately owned lighthouse serves as a navigational aid for many ships docked in the Yacht Basin. However, the iconic red and white landmark is mostly a tourist attraction.
The lighthouse is open daily from 10 am to sunset. The cost is $7.00 per person and children under 5 are free.
