Beaufort South Carolina

This week as I slowly ease back to life out of the house, I took a short thirty minute drive up to Beaufort South Carolina.  It is a small historic seaside city half way between Savannah Georgia and Charleston South Carolina.  In regular times I would have stopped at Sea Eagle Market for fresh shrimp off the boats, instead I just brown bagged a lunch to take.

The city is very scenic with gardens, historic homes  and a variety of trees. Here are some photos for your enjoyment.

It is such a nice place to visit, and I think I found the perfect spot to eat my lunch

Thanks for walking along….

Coastal Georgia and South Carolina are year round visitor destinations with beautiful scenery, history, mild winter temperatures and great seafood.
