What is interesting about this home is that it was built in 2007. The lot was vacant and belonged to the house next door. A condition of construction was that it had to blend in to the style of the homes in the Victorian district of Savannah Georgia. The owner said it was designed Savannah College of Art. Also, the home features more wrought iron than any home in Savannah.
