On my way to the office this week I noticed a slow-moving vehicle with a contraption on the hood. Being in a high traffic area I safely weaved around cars and caught up with the slow moving vehicle. I tried my best to get closer when we sat at the red light, all the while being mindful of the big fine I could get in the state of Georgia for holding onto my phone to snap a photo.
Until now I thought the Google street view maps were somehow taken from the sky.
A few things I found out while researching this car is:
- there is no set schedule for areas to be updated
- You can apply to be a driver at most employment agencies
- The globe on top of the car is the camera
And this friends is how most of us are figuring out which way to drive to our destinations.
