Beaufort Tree Walk

Beaufort South Carolina

This week as I slowly ease back to life out of the house, I took a short thirty minute drive up to Beaufort South Carolina.  It is a small historic seaside city half way between Savannah Georgia and Charleston South Carolina.  In regular times I would have stopped at Sea Eagle Market for fresh shrimp off the boats, instead I just brown bagged a lunch to take.

The city is very scenic with gardens, historic homes  and a variety of trees. Here are some photos for your enjoyment.

  1. Such a beautiful area, Alice. 🙂 🙂 Hard to imagine the ugliness and hate there that America is battling. The great divide in society? Desperately sad! Thanks for taking me there.

    1. There’s also lots of love between folks here, it’s a hard time, another reason I live Savannah the Mayor is a good leader and the city protested peacefully

      1. I think that most people want to protest peacefully, and who can blame them, but there is an element of rabble rousing and activism which is dragging the country down. I’m sorry for your troubles and all the good folks, Alice. 🤗💕

  2. Hello.
