Thankful Square

Savannah Georgia

Jo’s Monday Walk snuck up on me before I had a chance to even think about where to stroll. Today’s temperature was to top off in the high 70’s, and flowers are blooming in Savannah. One of the most beautiful neighborhoods is the Victorian district.  All the soft pastel paint colors on the homes are a compliment to spring.  So for all the walkers reading this, let’s get moving.

Along with looking at the homes in the middle of a big city, you get a glimpse of those who get called to rescue these beauties

And there are places to stop for a Coke or Cake

Here’s a closer look at the flowers I set out to find

Here’s a few signs with one I’ll leave open to conversation 🙂

This is the block where you want to keep going because you will find yourself at Thankful Square.  A community church reaching out “To advance the Kingdom of God.

  1. Thanks so much, Alice! What a beautiful part of the world you live in 🙂 🙂 In those temperatures strolling sounds good. With perhaps the odd cake to keep up the energy levels? 🙂
