In the “artsy” Allentown community in Buffalo, New York you’ll come across this weather vane. It’s no surprise to find this in such a cool neighborhood.
The Allentown Historic area offers boutique shopping, antique shops, and locally owned restaurants and bars. It is also known for the annual “Allentown Art festival” held each June for th past 60 years.
Homes in this area date back to the early 1800’s
In 1980, Allentown was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and stands as one of the first and largest residential historic districts in the United States.
Allentown is just minutes from the Buffalo waterfront and the downtown business district.
